ACI’s Airport Service Quality Workshop: Benchmarking for a better customer experience

This workshop will be led by ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ), the only global benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction while at the airport. Using a rigorous and proven methodology, this workshop will demonstrate how getting regular reliable feedback from your passengers can allow airports to validate and prioritize enhancement projects, benchmark with other airports and optimize investments.
