Biography

Performance-driven CFO with +15 years of international airport experience in PPP/BOT infrastructure projects (over USD 2 billion accumulated experience implementing & controlling investments) in the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia/Pacific. Rodolfo has been involved in airport concession management, implementation of BOT concessions agreements, financing airports (Project Finance), change management, strategic planning, facility management, maintenance programs, routes development all those activities performed in highly regulated environments. Rodolfo counts with solid experience dealing with contract negotiations with governments, private companies, national unions and international associations. Strong negotiation skills developed in hundreds of million dollars leading commercial negotiations and their post-supervision on retail, food & beverage, hotel, real state, parking, VIP Lounges, Ground-Handling, Free Zone, Airlines, Insurances, Catering businesses and OPEX contracts. As well has experience advising governments with financial constraints on airports finance & strategy matters for their financial sustainability. Rodolfo has been involved in the following projects: Sangster International Airport (MBJ), Larnaka and Paphos International Airports (Hermes), Queen Alia International Airport (AIG), Mariscal Sucre International Airport (Quiport) and Bonriki & Cassidy International Airports (Gov’t of Kiribati). Recently, Rodolfo was appointed as Director of Infrastructure / PPP at KPMG – Chile to lead its practice.
