Isabelle Lelieur is a partner of Chevrier Avocats, a French law firm specialized in aviation, and a Senior Associate Business Law & Policy for Aviation Strategies International. Isabelle has worked in the field of aviation law for 20 years, first as a lawyer at Air France’s international affairs department (2000) and at the European Commission in Brussels (2002), followed by a position as the head of the legal department at the French airport association (2003-07). Then, she headed the legal department of VINCI Airports (2007- 2017). After graduating from Toulouse Law Faculty, Isabelle acquired a Master’s Degree in Air & Space Law in Aix-En-Provence Law Faculty and a LLM at the Institute of Air & Space Law at McGill. She is admitted to the Paris Bar. She published a book on ownership and control of airlines, as well as articles on air transport bilateral agreements and airport law and policy.
